Hi everyone.  This is Pastor Bong.  In my years of ministry, conflict management has not been one area I look forward to.  However, every time I go through the process of helping others resolve conflicts, lessons, and rewards abound.  Clarified problems, better solutions, and stronger relationships are just some of these benefits.  I know this is going to throw you off, but "conflicts are healthy if they are managed well."  In fact, the absence of problems makes a church mediocre.   Could you imagine a body with no bacteria?  These classes will help you better manage conflict.
